My room was a handicapped room with a tub/shower where the handles in shower had rust. Did not receive housekeeping the entire stay. When I checked in, the keycard didn't work as the battery on the door lock had to be replaced. Once this was corrected by maintenance, I discovered that the toilet would not flush. Again, maintenance had to come and fix. This all took place during check in which was late in the evening after traveling. I did receive a $50 credit for first night due to the problems of the room. Also, I was unaware that this hotel was dog friendly, which is okay, however, it seemed my entire floor had dogs in, what seemed like, every room.....I'm allergic to most all animals. Was not an ideal stay for me at all. Though the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Staff was wonderful! Rooms were spotless, Pool is heated, and the views were spectacular. We stayed at Myrtle Beach 2 days before our stay here and this was by far the better option. Balcony is a must!

King suite isn’t as advertised! Other than that I’m just disappointed they didn’t have eggs for breakfast lol. Good stay, no real king size bed tho.

Loved the room except the air condition was not working. I asked twice about it. The first time they said they would check it and did not then the second time they did come check it and said it was broken. I originally said we did not want to change rooms and they sent 2 fans but then I requested to change rooms and they never contacted me to do so. Fans helped some but we ended up sleeping with door open! Also the breakfast was not very good. We did love the location, right on the beach and hearing the ocean from our room.
