Was told the pool was open but upon check in pool was closed Hotel had posting that face covering required when in common areas but no one was wearing them. Spoke with the GM after complaining and basically got a BS excuse

I apologize for any misinformation that you were given. Our pool has been closed during COVID19 for safety and maintenance. We do have a notice on the website that informs our guests of any changes to normal operations. As far as masks go...We highly encourage our guests to wear masks as the pandemic as not yet passed. We have left our COVID19 signs up . We are no longer required to monitor the guests wearing masks however we do require our associate to continue to wear masks wen they will encounter the public.

The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. You cold see the sucken in area at the head of the bed. It was like sleeping on a trampoline Bathroom was not very clean
