Great Hotel, Not So Great Front Desk
Mostly great. The shade was broken, allowing light in in the morning. The TV remote was missing. When I went to the front desk, for a second time, asking for help with the TV the woman at the front desk smirked and had a ‘this guy is stupid’ attitude.

The AC did not work in the room it was 85 we waited for over an hour to someone to come and finally switched the room for us. The other room AC made so much noise that it was unbearable to fall asleep. Overall a horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

The power was out for a long time on the second night of our stay. Also while swimming we noticed that one of the lights in the pool was loose which had an electrically wire exposed, the hall way floors were filthy. Just all around not a good stay.

The bed pillows all smell like they've been slept on 100 times. The air conditioner was loud and not a clean white noise. Bring ear plugs. There were a decent amount of families staying there, so I guess people like it. It's not terrible, but could be better. The staff was always nice. Oh and the coffee was plentiful and tasted good.
