The day desk clerk did not pass on our need of the airport shuttle to the 5:00am desk clerk. We stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and finally ask the clerk about our shuttle. He stated we were not on the list (his list was blank by the way - really unusual for the airport shuttle) He called the service and they were full. He said he couldn't do anything about it. Said he couldn't call us a cab-not authorized to do that! Didn't have any funds to pay for the mistake-not authorized. We were handed two business cards to call who we wanted. We got a cab in time to make our flight. It cost us an additional $45 dollars plus tip to get the cab driver out of bed and at the hotel. Never going to stay at this property again. An apology would have been nice. I'm sure the morning desk clerk did not pass on the incident to management!

Not sure I will return

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Shuttle service from the airport was POOR as we waited in freezing weather for an hour and the van could take all the people waiting. Shuttle service from the hotel was on time, but again the driver was not informed of a large group with lots of ski gear. We were told that a bag breakfast snack would be available for our 5am pick-up, but it was not provided.

Property was clean and nicely maintained. Staff was friendly. I Wouldn’t recommend the shuttle. The shuttle picks up for 4 different hotels and fills up very fast, even at 11:45 at night. Had to wait 30 minutes for it to come back again and it immediately filled up to the point where people had to sit on family members laps.

Our room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Reasonably priced. We used the free airport shuttle which functioned perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.
