"Room Was dirty and very worn out. Many items not working. To get to outdoor hot tub was outside and far away. It was very cold and wintery to walk there so we skipped it"

"Great location, the hotel refurb looks great, enjoyed Little Palm and the coffee shop. Was clean. To be honest, i dont know if its a generational thing, but not very friendly - ot sure what it was. Valet with the moustache was the most helpful. "

"The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Charleston on foot—whether you’re shopping along King Street, dining at Husk or FIG, or taking photos around Rainbow Row. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the bathrooms feel slightly dated. Our room offered a great view of the bridge and the bay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again."
