"We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice. "

"This property served its purpose well. To be able to walk to the beach in a couple of minutes was fantastic. There’s also a market/Café that we could walk to and we did. I’d list clearly that there are only stairs to each level. Some folks may find that difficult. "

"Place was awesome. Very clean. Stocked kitchen. Easy check in. Host was great with communication and recommendations. Locker under the building was very convenient with the beach just steps away. The Sanctuary is just down the beach for an evening cocktail or meal. Definitely recommend!"
