This is urban, for sure - right next to a gas station and in a run down looking neighborhood. It’s not a hotel - it’s a motel. We were awakened at 3 AM by a huge domestic disturbance in the room next to us. Shouting, banging, violent sounds - the police came - twice.

The front desk people were very friendly and breakfast was above great. Omelette bar is awesome. Place is cool, but maintenance is questionable. "
