The parking situation stinks. 2-hour parking in front of building then have to find a parking garage blocks away to park overnight. The private lot next door finally allowed me to park overnight for $10.

Check-in really wasn't difficult you just have to do the steps in advance. The location was amazing, the view was beautiful, we had a balcony that had a perfect view of the sunset. Parking wasnt an issue for us, parking is free after 6 so we parked and moved the car in the morning after the 2 hour parking was enforced again. The customer service was amazing, our flight was delayed and they contacted us concerned even since we didnt check in. We werent sure if we were even going to make it with the mess that was American Airlines and they offered to work with us on rescheduling. We did make it and I did not regret it. Clean property, comfortable bed, full kitchen, it didnt feel like we were living out of a suitcase like in a hotel. Will definitely be staying at their properties again!
