Great hotel just whatch thr cat parking charge.

The hotel is gorgeous. The food is great, the room are comfy and clean. The only bad point is that they charge guests for carparking @ €17 a night. So if you are thinking of staying for more than one night. It might be an idea to look at alternatives. Charging guests for parking when they pay to stay, have dinner, drink at the bar and pay for breakfast is poor by the hotel.

The property was dressed very well and looked really well maintained, in the lobby. The rest of the hotel seemed to lack the same care. The hotel was extremely warm and windows had to be opened to cool them overnight which made it noisy. The hotel itself was noisy with other guests but that is understandable in this type of hotel. A little too average for the price (but again understandable within the tourist trap).

Room issues

Booked with my friend and my 2 year old who turned 3 during our stay. Upon arrival we were told our room had a cot. I explained he turned 3 during the stay (and is the size of a 4yo) and there was no way he would fit in a cot. Usually an 'infant' with a cot is for an UNDER 2 in my experience. We went up to the room to find there wasn't even a cot set up in it. Just a twin bed for the adults. Had to go back to reception and was told there was only one room available which was a disabled room on the ground floor. This had bunk beds as well as a twin which was perfect. Bathroom was very tired. Facilities in the hotel in general were nice. Breakfast ok.

Happy Family Disney Trip

Really convenient hotel for Disneyland Paris with a free shuttle included, and some great added facilities for the kids, such as an indoor playground and swimming pool with slide. Perfect place to stay for a couple of days of visiting the Disney parks. Would recommend to any families as a much cheaper alternative to the Disney Resort hotels. We added a late checkout for just 20EUR, giving us 3 hrs extra to use our room whilst we waited for our airport transfer.

Fantastic 4 nights away with friends at a great hotel, we booked this hotel for their great prices and convenience to the Disneyland parks! From the moment we checked in we were made to feel extra special. We were very lucky to have a free upgrade during our stay to one of the suites. WOW. What an amazing room the room we booked looked great on the website but the suite was above anything we thought. Having the convenience of 2 rooms was by far the best way to travel with our 2 small children. The beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed plus more. We had breakfast at the hotel and the various food on offer was great for the whole family. We also visited the Buffett restaurant on our first night and were blown away by the quality of food on offer. A fantastic array of delicious meats, pastas and various other foods on offer. Overall would definitely return for another stay and would recommend to anyone looking for their next trip to Disneyland.

Beautiful and clean hotel. WiFi doesn’t work in rooms. The restaurant offers a Buffett. I paid around €150 for me and 4 of my kids which was disappointing because the variety of dishes was very limited. My kids were only able to eat cold boiled pasta. We ended up ordering food from Uber eats the rest of the stay which worked out better.

Wonderful Stay! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. It was wonderful! Large rooms, very clean and comfortable! I’d absolutely stay again! The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and very good! Shuttle to Disneyland was very helpful and appreciated. Staff was helpful and kind.

Most magical hotel ever!

From arriving to the front door, to checking out our stay was absolutely magical! The smell in the hotel is absolutely amazing and I think it just elevates the experience! The decorations throughout the hotel is absolutely wonderful and although they technically aren’t a Disney hotel I feel like they did a really wonderful job with all the decorations! The price wasn’t too cheap but wasn’t too expensive either. I feel like for a couple, it was worth it considering you get free shuttle rides to and from Disney! I find the times aren’t too accurate but was not really a big deal. Breakfast was included although not the best, it was fine! Enough to keep you filled and energised walking through the parks. The toilets could do with a bit of renovating as it was a little outdated but nothing too serious! The bar in reception served really good food and had coffee (Starbucks). The view from my room was absolutely spectacular hopefully that’s what we get the next time we stay! It was so easy to store luggage’s with them as well after we have checked out so we could explore Paris and the Disney village. MOST of the staff were very nice and helpful except for one member of staff during the day in reception called (Em__) fill out the letters however you want. She was snotty with me and my friends while checking in AND out so I don’t know what her problem is. It was the only complaint to an otherwise magical stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!
