The room was generally okay and could have used some minor repairs (bath tub) and grout. The hot water took a while to warm up (room 1104). The staff was polite and helpful in providing access to the other Disney Resort hotel pools (as this one was out of order). At the front desk (check-in) our room was not ready upon arrival. No worries there. The challenge was that the staff asked if they could call/text to notify us when the room was ready… but we did not receive that notification. Beautiful property and good experience overall.

This is the only Disney Paris hotel we will stay in. It is Bambi themed, with lots of gorgeous wood and natural materials. Not a Mickey or Minnie Mouse anywhere, I'm happy to say. It reminds me of the historic Craftsman lodges in Yellowstone and Lake Tahoe. So much better than the frenetic overload found at the other hotels around the Paris Disney lake. My children love this hotel because the pool is amazing, with a waterfall and slide. Way better than the sad Newport pool. This hotel is also a much closer walk, about 10 minutes closer. My favourite thing about this hotel is the forest that surrounds it.

Room: dated, toilet didn't flush well, no minibar, hairdryer very weak Bar: didn't open until 4, would expect more seating outside bar as it didn't open until later. An area open all day for drinks and light snacks would be expected in a hotel that expensive, an ibis I stayed in recently had a bar and snack area open all day and breakfast was nicer Breakfast: overpriced, quality and variety not as expected for cost.
