I would have stayed here all week if it was closer to the city. Bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. The walk to terminal 3 only takes a few minutes.

First time at a Citizen M hotel. I was not prepared for the amount of self-service for check-in and food service and tablet dependent room functions. In addition, I was perplexed when I saw a photo of the bed in the room---placed in an alcove where you had to climb over someone to get out. Luckily, the person who assisted us at check-in was able to change us to a room with a conventional bed in a conventional room. The bathroom reminded me of one you'd find in a sailboat.....way too small. The concept of the hotel seems geared to computer and smart phone centric persons which to us seemed austere and less person service centric. Nevertheless, what staff there was were all pleasant, efficient, and helpful.

A refreshingly unique Hotel. Staff were super helpful, efficient and happy. Room was small but comfortable and had everything you could need. Kind of like living in a tiny house. Access to the bed on only one side could be challenging for those not so mobile. Lobby area was comfortable with options for working and relaxing. Food options were somewhat limited but tasty. Breakfast was exceptional. Location next to the airport was fantastic for our early flight. Would definitely stay again and search out Citizen Hotels in other Cities.

This place is a gem in Paris. Conveniently located near the airport and by result close to the train lines going into the city. The staff was very warm and friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. Major shoutout to the location for its menu offering and breakfast service. The meals were delicious! The rooms were nicely laid out and very clean. I love the modern vibe of the hotel and the sustainability approach they encourage is top notch.

Terrible check-in experience in which you are expected to use a computer to check yourself in, scan your passport into the system, it may or may not find you and you may or may not have a room assignment. I think every traveler had to end up getting help from a human and it was very unpleasant after a long day of travel. The scene at the bar/restaurant was similar. Helter-skelter, no instructions on what to do where to order etc. Frenetically busy, loud, disorganized. The building and room are very innovative and cool, thank goodness for that. Needs management help.

This was such a great place to stay after arriving on a long overseas flight. It’s easily walkable from the Terminal 3 station and easy check in. Room was smallish but well laid out and everything - lights, curtains, tv etc- was controllable from bedside tablet. Lobby/bar/restaurant was lively with a number of seating/meeting areas

Citizen M is my go-to at CDG. I've stayed there about 12 times and have enjoyed it every time. It's consistently a great value. Very convenient to the train station, and also convenient to all of the terminals. Very clean and well-organized, with highly efficient rooms. Great food and beverage options at the bar/dining area, and outstanding espresso drinks for those early morning blast-offs.
