It was a very cozy relaxation weekend the Staff was great Shannon the waiter did excellent service recovery. My breakfast was served cold and all I asked her to do was have them reheated but ,she went and had the whole meal completely redone. Austin the receptionist is a type of worker you want to keep on the front line for customer service he was extraordinaire the best and went over and Beyond the Call of Duty I recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Just what we needed.

Pros: Convenient to Rt 95. Hotel restaurant was just what we needed after a hard day on the road.
We were on our way to Ft. Lauderdale to catch a cruise ship the next day. We wanted a clean, comfortable place to rest for the night and to enjoy decent meal without getting into our car again. The Hilton was located just off 95 and provided all the comfort and dining enjoyment we were looking for. Great value and convenience.

Pros: clean and well kept
Cons: na
Location: near several malls and other shopping
nice roomy ,. quiet area . near i95. not too far to city of psl. beach was not real close .

Nice for long stay, not short term

Firstly, the stagg staff tried over charging $40 to my credit card without even asking me and when it wouldn't go through they were not going to let me stay. Finally another staff member ran it without charging the extra amount and our credit card accepted it. Get to the room and its clean, fully stocked kitchen which is why I say its good for long term, the beds were uncomfortable and hard so I wouldn't advise staying short term. Nice tv to watch but unfortunately it kept changing channels itself. Not sure if it was picking up from someone else's remote in another room??? But that was kindly aggravating. Other than that it was nice.

staff was awesome delivered cribs to room within 10 minutes of arrival

the hotel staff were excellent very helpful, hotel restaraunt on site had excellent food for the price--hotel geared towards golfing community --

Good & Bad

Hotel was beautiful, clean, easily accessible to everything in the area including restaurants, highways, shopping, etc. All staff (especially restaurant staff) were extremely friendly. We experienced 2 very unsettling events stemming from another guest having the same last name and first initial as I did - even though we'd already been there forhis ihs own, he came walking into our room while my daughter was in the shower and luckily, I was just sitting there reading. The front desk quickly apologized for "the inconvenience" (as they called it), but never told us they were deactivating our keys and continued to allow him to charge items to my room. The were very responsive when the problems were brought to their attention, but I'd call a stranger walking into your room more than an "inconvenience". Good thing we were there and good thing he was as shicked as I was.
