You over booked the hotel. Did not stay. Had comformation number. When i got was turned away and not accomedated.

The employees are very welcoming, and the handicapped accessible room was spacious with a roll in shower.

The staff was friendly. The room was large and comfortable. There was a problem with the elevator and WiFi during my stay. They were working in the problem so I will most likely stay there again.

The room was clean and the whole placed smelled wonderful. The breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very accomodating and extremely friendly. I didn't want to leave.
