Nice comfortable bed and hot water. Otherwise, the room smelled of mildew, was damp and in dire need of total upgrade, the property had junk all around it, the hot tub was down with debris collected around it. The property is not well maintained at all.

It is false advertising on the website it as dump , the room was very small and to much noise like autos And jets flying overhead and wires hanging over the place in room, next the hotel no parking, across the road an industrial complex like chop shop, boat repair shop and garbage behind the furniture, people screaming all times the night in front my room

Dear guest, We are on a busy highway and next door to two separate commercial businesses in what used to be a small town. We are sorry for the unruly guests you experienced during your stay but that is an exception and not the norm.

Friendliest place we have stayed in in years.

Pros: There was nothing to dislike. We liked it all, especially the staff.
Cons: HA !! Maybe the weather ?? :-)
Location: We found a new exploratory ground in Stuart. There is an old town section that was a real treat. Shopping, eating, drinking. It's all there !!
At check-in the manager accommodated my request for a first floor room due to medical needs. The Tipsy Parrot is a delightful spot to spend the late afternoons and early evenings. The ladies behind the bar treated us like family. There were several "regulars" there that also treated us like family. We have made it a point to return there again.

Could use a facelift

Pros: Price, location, pool, breakfast
Cons: air heating and cooling out dated to loud... Can hear through walls up date to bright and cherry, seemed dull and dark.
Location: Location great! on water, near great shops restaurants and such.
Staff are very helpful and welcoming, Breakfast was good, price was good and pool was clean. I Think with some TLC it could be better, it is over an airstrip I heard a lot of jets coming in, Tiki bar very cool on site.
