Stopped following a 10 day cruise around Alaska. Contact with owner was excellent leading up to break and met us to help with Luggage when we arrived. Explanation of the studio and all facilities was clear and thorough.Pro’sExcellent facilities throughout with all you could need.Strong WiFi and TV setupGood size for a couple and comfortable bedExcellent location with supermarket and shopping centre a 5min walkGreat public transport links. Bus at the end of road leading to Seabus to put you in downtown Vancouver….super easy and Lonsdale Quay was lovely Excellent HostThings to be aware of (not negatives but personal choice) :In the description it’s 12 stairs down and they are quite steep so something to be mindful of if you struggle with mobilityAs it’s effectively under the main house there is limited natural daylight (which is more than made up for with the amount of lights in the studio)Having people above you there is some noise in the way of footfall but nothing that impacted on our stay.Overall we were really happy with our choice, Howie was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

We stayed for 8 days in this 1 bedroom apt. and it was exceptional. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Howie was very accommodating with check-in time and always available by phone or in person if we had any questions. The location is close to all the sights of North Vancouver and conveniently located to grocery, gas stations, shopping and easy access to Hwy. 1. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Howie is a very friendly host, and the unit was very well kept deserving the nickname "5 star" unit. I will definitely look for this place for my next trip. The location was ideal, close to the freeway, but in a very quiet, sound proofed neighborhood, and only a few minutes to Lonsdale Ave. A shopping mall is only a walking distance away.

Everything was top class. Our host Howie was very receptive to our needs though the place was so well equipped that they were minimal. It is a basement unit so natural lighting is poor but it was very well compensated by excellent interior lighting. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Howie's beautiful accommodation. It's in a lovely area of Vancouver and was always a pleasure to return back to after a day out with plenty of space. Spectacular Accommodations in N. Vancouver

We were very late checking in due to a major flight delay out of Atlanta and rescheduled to a later flight arriving after midnight. Howie was very accommodating and kind to provide access to our VRBO so late. Inside we were thrilled to see the amazing home available to us during our 2-day stay. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living space was beautifully appointed and we really appreciate our very own washer and dryer use at our disposal. Howie kindly offered us a ride but we had already ordered a Lyft. He couldn’t have been any more accommodating which was greatly appreciated and the space was immaculate!
