"A delicious nutritious breakfast is included, incredibly clean, there’s a convenient store right inside the lobby, and staff are nice and understanding even if you don’t speak Japanese. I even made the mistake of forgetting to check out properly at the machine at the front desk cause I was ina hurry to catch a flight, yet they were understanding enough to check me out manually and didn’t charge me extra after I had emailed them about my situation.
