"Has some issues on check in as it took a long time for my booking to be found. The family room was great for my family of 4 with lots of space and comfortable beds. Room was clean and in great condition. Location was great. Took about 10 minutes to walk to Terminal 3 via the connected walkway. Lots of eating options right outside the hotel in the adjoining Haneda Airport Garden and even a Lawson. Definitely a good option if you are catching a very early morning flight like I had to. The bathroom is very small and would be annoying if staying for more than 1 night."

"Amazing amenities, spacious room, and very clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Location is perfect as well, underneath the train station, with many restaurants and convenience store closeby. The hotel also offers luggage transfer services via Yamato. Overall, amazing hotel."
