"Great place! Had a room upgrade even, and got a tub which was great to soak the sore muscles after a long day! Great balcony view directly of the Matterhorn!! Only downside to me, the toilet was very high lol! I have short legs😜Comfy bed and good breakfast"

"Convenient, clean, good kitchen area. I stayed in the shared female dorm. Each person gets a bunk and a small locker. The room could use curtains around the bunks and places to sit. There’s also only one bathroom, sink, and shower per floor, so that can get tricky. Also maybe this is the paranoid ..."

However elevator was blocked by maid service who was a little rude when we asked about opening it up so we didnt have to lug suitcases up the stairs. Which we ended up doing...granted we checked in way before ..."
