"All messages we received were italian even though we asked for English. Building was very old, elevator was really old (scary for the kid). There are no photos from the building. Room was OK, but in the images they look much better. Looks like an old apartment changed into 3 rooms, so can be noisy."

"We had a lovely stay at Isabel Guest House! Clean and cheerful, a pleasant couple minutes' walk to San Giovanni station, great local restaurants, and a handy kitchen we used for storing leftovers and making coffee in Bietti pots! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff and cleanliness of the property were excellent. The staff were helpful and kind. The private patio was a bonus, especially given how small the room was. The mattress was very firm, which I found comfortable. There is no pool at this hotel, only a hot tub. I am not sure if that is Expedia’s error or the hotel’s that the photos are labeled as “pool” on Expedia. The bathrooms are open concept, right off the front door, and the frosted glass sliding doors for the toilet do not close all the way. This was very weird. You can hear clearly through the walls the other guests in their rooms. One night, a neighbour’s phone was vibrating non-stop all the way until morning (going off every few minutes) and we could hear every single vibration."

"Host is very professional. He replied our messages in 24 hour. The property was clean and had everything which we needed. We loved the patio of the property. The location was very convince, 5 minute walk to metro station.FYI, the property is in the 8th floor and elevator can only go to 7th floor. There were around 10-15 steps stairs between 7th floor and 8 floor."
