Upon checking in, we asked to get snow shoveled, and had to ask for salt to put on “ice” on the sidewalk. When we came back at around 8 pm, we had to use the “flashlight “ mode on our phones to find our way from the parking lot to the rooms, because of either poor lighting or no lighting at all. We also had trouble getting our handcap scooter over the curb. I would never recommend this place to anyone that has a disability. This place is terrible for ADA and should be known. Check any of my other posts and you will not see anything as negative posts

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. During winter time it is a bit more difficult to navigate here for everyone. Here at the Grand Canyon we are dark sky accredited therefore there is very little light pollution here. Flashlights and cell phones are the best option for night time.

We had a great night's sleep in a clean room with a comfy bed. The location is perfect for catching a shuttle to the various locations around the parkor you can catch a trail nearby.
