"The main Hotel is very nice, however because we booked through Hotels.com our room was in an adjacent property and not in Main hotel. We were the only party not staying in the Main Hotel. Asked staff and was told they do not control the rooms choosen through Hotels.com, if we would have booked directly we could have stayed in Main hotel."
