The room is awesome, reminds me of a nice room in Vegas. Check in was easy. Free water bottles is very nice!

Did not have a room for us. They said travelocity had cancel had room. We contacted Travelocity had you showed our room was still reserved. Then the told us they were over booked and next time make reservations on their web site. They were checking in a bus load of guests and the just gave our room away. We are 79 and 74 years years old and this was very stressful for us. Travelocity did nothing wrong it was Springhill suites fault. We have used travelocity for our bookings. We have used you for years and have never had one problem with you. We will not be booking another Marriot property. They did book us with another room after about an hour.

The issue with third-party websites is that they're systems are not updated with availability and rates as quickly as we would like, hence causing the confusion.
