Beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and safe. There were plenty of toiletries should you have forgotten anything. There were also pajamas and slippers for everyone in the room. The breakfast package was well worth it and I recommend adding it!

Fantastic hotel close to the subway. The location was great three stops on the subway to Disney and also three stops to Tokyo Station. The amenities were fantastic, and the Onsen was so nice to have on site and free. This hotel is also very clean and modern. And what a bonus to have a Family Mart connected to the hotel with a 7-11 just down the road. I would highly recommend this hotel and would book it again.

Wow! Our first trip to Japan and this place is top notch! We just stayed for 4 nights and we throughly enjoyed it. I highly recommended staying here. The rooms were spotless, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet is amazing! I would stay here again if I every return to Toyko. Thanks for the great memories!!

The best hotel on planet earth. Been to Tokyo twice and I'll continue staying here on all future trips. Outside of the city which I really enjoy, but close enough to Disney to have it be convenient.

Very clean , room fitted 3 people comfortably. very family friendly hotel , as very near to Disney . Next to metro , has plenty of food shopping( full supermarket near station as well as as family mart part of the hotel , but not very many restaurants. Buffet in the hotel was excellent - looks like they are building more restaurants under the metro.
