Beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and safe. There were plenty of toiletries should you have forgotten anything. There were also pajamas and slippers for everyone in the room. The breakfast package was well worth it and I recommend adding it!

Fantastic hotel close to the subway. The location was great three stops on the subway to Disney and also three stops to Tokyo Station. The amenities were fantastic, and the Onsen was so nice to have on site and free. This hotel is also very clean and modern. And what a bonus to have a Family Mart connected to the hotel with a 7-11 just down the road. I would highly recommend this hotel and would book it again.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and modern. Housekeeping and the cleaning staff are absolutely phenomenal. Rooms were consistently spotless, and the service from the cleaning crew was one of the highlights of the stay. That said, the hotel is overpriced for the overall experience.

Wow! Our first trip to Japan and this place is top notch! We just stayed for 4 nights and we throughly enjoyed it. I highly recommended staying here. The best hotel on planet earth. Been to Tokyo twice and I'll continue staying here on all future trips. Outside of the city which I really enjoy, but close enough to Disney to have it be convenient.
