It had all the amenities we needed for a 10 day stay. It was spacious. The kitchen was useful. It was very spacious with a separate sitting and area, large shower/washing area with extra seperate room for the toilet.It was in a fairly quiet neighbourhood even though it's in Tokyo close to many central locations. There were a few minor issues. We had trouble with our door lock. The remote code didn't work and then when they gave us another code it wouldn't lock. It took them several days to fix. The check-in process is inconvenient when you arrive. It is done on a touch pad remotely in a small entrance area, and takes a long time in an area that is very hot. Even though we were there for 10 days we were only given one set of towels each, although they gave us more when we requested it and didn't charge us anything because of the trouble we had with the door lock. There is a washer/dryer all-in-one machine which was great once we actually figured out how to use it thanks to Google Translate for all the buttons. But it takes a long time even on a short cycle. You should just turn it on when you go out for the day and it's washed and dried when you come back. The toilet room smelled bad until we plugged the drain n the small sink. These were all just minor issues. The facility was excellent and was good value for a large city like Tokyo. It would be hard to find a better room at a normal price. The building is brand new.
