Everything was excellent with one exception. I was booked into a VIP room and i did NOT get the free drink and when i went to the VIP lounge they said i did not have access and turned me away eventhough i had a roon on the 21st floor.

The entire experience was exceptional. From the concierge to the reception was a genuine 5 star. The view of Tokyo Bay was exquisite and the service overall, including the bar and dining areas was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!
