There's a park nearby with a 1 km trail that is great for walking. Nishi-Ojima Station is in walking distance. The roons were very quiet. Therevare several restaurants in the area. Washing machines were convenient but very small. Be careful not to overload them or your laundry won't dry. Would recommend astay there for an inexpensive hotel.

The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The location is in a more residential area and not a lot of tourist like closer to Tokyo station. However, it is only a 7 minute walk to the subway station so it easy to get around Tokyo. It is dated, but they keep it very clean. The room is a nice size. We had three and got the two twins with a sofa bed. It also has a seating couch area as well. My only complaint is that there is not an AC as shown in Hotels.com. But they did have a fan that we could put ice in to cool the room down a little bit. I just had to ask at the front desk. It is a good value to hotel to stay at if you are in Tokyo.
