"I understand that this is not a five-star hotel, and I was aware of that when I made my reservation, but there are several things that could be improved. The air conditioner filter was very dirty, and I had to clean it because it was clearly overdue for maintenance. The towels had hair on them, which suggests that the quality of the cleaning is not being properly checked before they are placed in the room. The sink also had an issue because the water drained very slowly, likely because it was partially clogged. Additionally, the cleaning staff should be aware that in the mornings they should avoid shouting to each other across the hallway to ask for items, as everything can be heard very clearly in the rooms and it can disturb the guests. Another issue was the reception door, which opens with a key card. I spent about 15 minutes trying to open it because it would not work until someone finally came and told me that I needed to pull the door and turn the lock upward. Again, I understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but there are several details that could be improved to provide a better experience for guests."

"The Hotel is OK, the area and surrounding areas are not bad. But the cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom floors and carpets were so bad I dear not wear any footwear around the room. Super sticky, and with just one step my feet got so dirty I stayed in my sandals the entire time after that."
