"La colazione era assolutamente deliziosa, con una selezione discreta e tutto molto ben preparato. La mia camera era fresca e pulita con un ottimo condizionamento dell'aria. Il personale era davvero straordinario. Erano così gentili, cordiali e disponibili. Non erano mai invadenti, ma sembrava che non ci fosse nulla troppo grande o troppo piccolo con cui non potessero aiutarti. "L'Hotel du Lac was a real gem of a hotel in the old town Hanoi. Very close to super good restaurants and other attractions. The staff, tha includes every single soul that works at the hotel was super friendly and made sure you were comfortabke and happy. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Now to the breakfast, this was he other highlight besides the room, a' la carte' and buffet included in the room, fantastic. Highly recommended!!"

"We stayed 2 nights at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel after touring North and halong for almost a week. The hotel is very charming, with a touch of authentic Vietnamese style but also modern and full of comfort. As soon as you arrive the staff is very friendly and helpful and they helped us throughout the whole stay provided transportation,tours the airport drop off were smooth and very pleasant. The check in was easy and we were welcomed with biscuit and cool towels. The rooms (our Suite had balcony) were well luxurious with nice amenities.breakfast was good and included The location are very convinient to walking,it near coffee shop and restaurants and near the lake. Thank you for all staffs, especially is Mia and Celina!!! "

"We had a very nice stay here at this hotel. Everyone was so supportive and friendly. The room is cozy, fully equipped, and the staff even offered us welcoming drinks and fruits when we came to the hotel earlier than check in time. Breakfast was awesome, especially the dessert."
