I always stay at the Fairmont and absolutely loved this one. Perfect location.

Our stay at the Fairmont Copley was *almost* perfect! Everyone was kind and helpful. The only issue we had: When we got to our room, it was very warm. We couldn't seem to get the a/c going to cool off. We called down and they said the heaters were on, so we probably weren't going to get it much cooler. They could bring us up a couple fans and we could open a window. We told them that was great and we would like 2 fans. We opened the window, but the fans never arrived. The open window cooled the room off enough and it ended up not being a big deal, but they never brought us the fans they said they would bring. Like I said, that was really our only issue, which wasn't a big deal. Other than that, we had a great stay!

3 minutes walk to back bay train station, surrounded by restaurants and shops, clean room with a teakettle. The hotel has past its golden period.
