The gym is half closed off with a couple inches of dust all over the equipment… the pool area is absolutely disgusting and dirty! The so called complementary breakfast should not be consumed. Very unsanitary building and smells like cigarette smoke.
Pool area and use caution using the pool showers visible mould everywhere very dirty and smells like urine.

Actually, I made a complaint directly to the Travel Lodge as the first night I had to switch rooms at 10pm because the shower head exploded from the head and broke into pieces. Thankfully no one was hurt but the kids and I got scared. As I wiped up the floor, there was also a dirty sanitary napkin wrapped up - it was left from previous guests. Gross!!! Also I complained that the pool area was very dirty with paint peelings all over the floor, I slipped on one. Anyhow, the staff were lovely as was the manager who replied that because it was third party I needed to reach out to Expedia. She said that if you contact her she would fully refund my stay. I was there two nights under two different bookings with you. I hope this can resolved and I can be refunded. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you.

Pool water was extremely cloudy and could visibly see debris on the bottom of the pool. Pool deck extremely dirty with paint chips from rusted doors, bandaids, hair and just plain dirt. Hot tub not working properly with jets spraying everywhere. Door to the outside didn’t even latch properly because it was rusted so bad. Causing concern for safety with anyone at all able to enter from the streets. One woman in particular was begging for money in the “arcade” area so she could play the claw machine… very sketchy. Random people roaming the hallways for hours, unsure if they were guests but either way, still sketchy. Our room smelled like an old smoking room. I wouldn’t even get a shower during our stay because our bathroom was so grimy. The tile and grout was dishusting. The yellow stained shower head and AC unit tells me that this was at one point a smoking room… Very disappointed. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading as we must’ve had an older room that hadn’t had any renovations. Gross.

They have a leisure lounge that has air hockey and a pools table. But everything requires money and none of the games are well maintained. Some don't work at all

My stay was less then satisfactory. To start the last time we stated it was only 100 hold on a credit card . This time it’s 250 we were also able to pay with debit and according to Expedia we can . But they will not let you!. So make sure you have a credit card with enough for everything on it. The sign says new gym new pool but the gym is half shut down and old rusty equipment . The pool towels they gave us were hand towels . The bathroom door knob fell off and locked my grandmother in . The main door to our room slammed so hard it crushed my grandfathers fingers . The toilet paper holder was broken . We found someone else’s clothes under the bed when cleaning . We requested bedding for the pull out and never received it 3 times there was a request . The doors between the suite rooms shut and locked us out of the other side and our room key wouldn’t work for both suite doors . Which is dangerous with kids involved. When I brought up the issues with the door locking my grandmother in the bathroom I was greeted with a blank stare and an oh! And it wasn’t until I got really mad did someone finally come and fix it because I was told well management isn’t here until Tuesday because it’s a weekend and holiday . And to top it all off at 11pm on Saturday I attempted to wash all this chaos away with a hot bath …. and there was no hot water. I had high hopes for this place as it seemed that they were attempting to fix up the place but it seems they have fallen severely short.
