Room bathroom is old and needs updates. Mold. No plug in sink. Rusty items in bathroom. Also I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but was given a king, even though I had an email to prove my booking.! There were 3 adults so this accommodation didn’t work. I was not offered any other solution as they said they were fully booked. Horrible service from both Expedia and Travelodge!

The check in reception was disorganized. We got to the hotel past 5pm. We were told our room was not ready yet and we have to wait. Receptionist told us our room will be 226. 15 minutes later someone came to where we were waiting and said your room is ready, room 152. We said that must belong to someone else (quite a few people waiting with us in the lobby). The receptionist who made a mistake did not even apologize nor came to us about the mixup. We were told the new room is downstairs, and no elevator. Which we explained to them we’d rather have the first room assigned to us since my husband is having difficulty walking in the stairs.

$250 damage deposit upon check in!!! I think the hotel needs to spend some of its own money to fix things in the hotel. Garbage cans in the hallways to catch water leaking through the roof. Our room did not have a functioning hair dryer, dead batteries in the tv remote, alarm clock did not work, and no stopper for the tub. Thiss hotel needs a serious makeover in general.

Lots of parking and lots of lights everywhere. Felt very safe. The hotel is dated but has everything we need. Perfect for our dogs, especially the outdoor area. We loved this. Breakfast was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay again for sure!!

After the slowest check in, perhaps in the whole world. We were next. He asked if we minded stairs as there is no elevator.(so mobility restricted folks be wary) Upon checking into our room there, he told us ours had a glorious view of the water. I wasnt sure if he meant water as in all the garbage pails all iver in hallways that were being filled with a leaking roof or the light glimpse we could get from our window. We had zero amentities in our bathroom. Done stairs i went again. No one was at the desk for 28 minutes, and now the line up was getting large again. I just wanyes some toilet paper so I could pee. The pillows should not be called a pillow , and when asked if we could get more then the 2 very flat horrible ones, we were told the hotel had zero extras.. Fun times in sydney we not had at this hotel.. way to much cash for the place

From the front door all of the carpets are filthy and stained. Including the carpet in the room it’s filthy. There is a musty smell in the room, overall I will not recommend this property.

There is a line up when I was there to check in. I waited for at least 15 to 20 mins just to check in. There is no elevator in site, even it is a 3 floors building, which is so inconvenient when you have a luggage to carry. The washroom are not so clean but tidy. Overall the place is good to stay to rest for the night.

Check in took over a half an hour, the condition of the hotel was very poor with carpet stains and loose carpet everywhere, the shower in the room was filthy, especially the shower head and toilet and the sofa had two major stains in it. Neither my wife nor I would ever sit on it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars because the breakfast was ok. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
