Not the best place we’ve ever stayed but not the worst. Staff was polite. Room had been remodeled and was clean. The king sized bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a very good room darkening shade. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker but no coffee or condiments. There were no cups. While there were two bath towels, there was one hand towel and one face cloth; however, reservations were made for two adults. We could not make the soap and shower dispensers work, although we were assured when we checked out that they were not empty. We were awakened at 3:00 AM by very loud music and people shouting at each other outside our room. (This is not technically the staff’s responsibility but does give you some idea about the area.).

First off I was not too happy to arrive and find out I paid $222 for a really small & gross hotel room. I asked front desk for 2 towels since we are a party of three & ladies need 2 towels. They had me sign something which is charging my credit card $100 of there is damage. only after getting to our room & discovering the incredibly horrible reviews did I realize that this is gonna be a real problem. Other people were charged for asking for additional towels, which is absolutely insane.. The room itself is small, very dated & the bed spreads look old & ratty. The sheets have some stains & the couch looks like its from a thrift store or your grandmas apartment from the 70’s. There are no toiletries like shampoo/conditioner just the smallest bar of soap in the world. The towels are very used & old, the ceilings are in bad shape, the bathroom door barely closes and the shower curtain is like 8” too long so its in the tub while you shower. It appears that people may be living here long term & they are hanging out in parking lot. The tv screen is decent size but the live area is about 18” max. The pillows they gave us for the bed are “barbie doll” size & totally ridiculous. We asked for regular size pillows but they said they don’t have any. If we werent tired & it wasnt late we would have just gone straight home & asked for a full refund. For the price I paid I would expect a much higher quality hotel like IHG Holiday Inn Express. 0 stars.
