I have always enjoyed my stay everybody is always so professional and polite. Adrienne and the young lady who was working on/2/2026, were both so helpful. I come to Sacramento for medical reasons at UC Davis almost every other month. I will always make my medical appointments around the availability at Residence Inn Natomas. Marie the manager always takes really good care of me and so does the rest of the staff. On your next trip to Sacramento , stay at the Residence Inn Natomas, you will forget your not at home. Everything is always wonderful. My room is really spacious and they are always clean . The grounds are kept beautiful . The staff is out standing. It is a safe and pleasant place to to stay . I travel to Sacramento from Oklahoma monthly and it is my go to Everytime . The restaurant at night is really good and convient . I feel so relaxed Everytime I stay. Come check them out you won't be sorry.

The location is good, place is spacious, clean, fresh. Our main issue was that there was no heat and we were very cold by morning. We realized it late by 8.45pm and there was no maintenance available. They didn't arrange anyone on emergency either. Only offered to split us up

The major disappointment was we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle that is advertised. And when we got there, they said they don’t have an airport shuttle. They stopped at three years ago and we ended up paying $40 each way for an Uber to and from the airport. There is no blackout curtain in the living room where our daughter slept and it’s super bright and loud and they charge $10 for parking. We should’ve stayed somewhere where we could get the airport for our friend. The breakfast was good. People were friendly, but other than that we would choose elsewhere.
