"From the moment I walked in, the terrible smell of humidity and feet hit me across the face. On top of that, the AC was supposedly at the highest setting and it was barely pushing out any cold air. Additionally, what’s with the sensor light in the bathroom that lasts 30 seconds? I practically showered in the dark. "It was ridiculous that the elevator had to accessed by going down stairs. That was totally ineffective for my 87 year old mother who uses a walker. Super frustrating. There was mold around the bathtub, the tv wouldn’t pull up a signal when it was first turned on at night and in the morning when we turned it on. In a good note, the gentleman at the front desk was helpful with the Tv."

"AC was broken in the room. Staff offered us a fan and told us there was nothing they could do. Room and whole place felt dirty and unkempt. The people in the room next to us smoked Marijuana all night. We had to sleep with the balcony open which felt super unsafe because it was way to hot. The Marijuana smoke was permeating our room and we are traveling with children. Breakfast was completely empty at 920 and nobody was refilling food so we just left. Very unsatisfied. We have a medically complex toddler and AC is an absolute must for her health."
