Check in staff was VERY unfriendly upon arrival. (I booked online prior to arrival)..Once we got to the room it appeared decent at first glance until you sit down..then you see the gross floors..sticky trays where they keep coffee and cups..worst part we walk into the bathroom only to find a huge leak. Walked up to the front desk to ask for assistance no one was there for over 45 mins only to tell us there was no maintenance WE!! AS IN MY HUSBAND AND I would have to find a bucket or something to put under the leak. Won’t be staying here again and honestly felt it was unsafe for my family. Very thankful we brought the bassinet for our 4 month old as I would not want her to touch anything in that room.

Questionable persons hanging around the property. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. They never changed the bed. All we got was clen towels and empty trash. Food smell permeated the hallways.The pool was out of order.

This property needs an upgrade. Drapes were sun rotted & stained. Tub caulking had mildew. Faucets in bath sink were loose. The bedding, towels & room were very clean, however.

Saran wrap on smoke alarms(sign of drug use) double charged my card. Loud music from convention center untill midnight. Front desk hung up on me while trying to figure out double charged to card. Absolutely disgusting

They haven’t washed their windows in years. Our view was the storage area of the pool. Might want to consider updating bathroom.

The property is older than most which makes everything seem dated and unclean. The lobby is nice but once you get in the rooms you see the bathrooms are old and in desperate need of care. Apparently, it is a pet-friendly hotel as my neighbors had dogs that would bark with any noise throughout the night. The toilet in my room also did not work making me use the bathroom in the lobby.

Reservation clerk was extremely helpful considering the very limited availability of rooms from jackpot to Boise. Desk staff was kind. Room was in terrible condition. The new carpet did not cover the 50 years of cigarette smoke. The drapes were falling down. The closet door was so broken it wouldn’t open. The handicapped shower stall was rusty and the shower head kept sliding down because it has to be 15 years old. The bathroom door was broken. Limited towels and only three flat pillow for the king bed. For $159 plus tax I expected functional and received one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. Wyndom and Travelocity should be ashamed.
