They were very nice. The only complaint I had is that when we went to our room, there was five police officers knocking on somebody’s door and I think that she should’ve told us and had to go sit in the lounge until that was taken care of. I felt like it was very scary position that we were in and luckily we got in our room. They let us go to our room because they were right in front of our room and I just think that she thought we saw them in the lobby talking to her. She should not have sent us up there when she knew they were gonna be up two rooms over. She was very kind and nice to us, but that was not OK.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was nice and in a great location. The beds were comfortable as well. My only complaints are that the blackout curtains didn’t close all the way and the TV remote needed batteries. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The room was clean, spacious and looked updated. We stayed for multiple nights and found the restaurant in the hotel had great food and the staff at both dinner and breakfast were attentive and very friendly. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of travel, very relaxing. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Boise!!
