Ryogoku View Hotel
"Pros = excellent location (2-min walk to JR Ryogoku Station, two stations away from Akihabara); FamilyMart and 7-Eleven one minute away; plenty of restaurants in the area; two grocery stores within a 3-min walk; McDonald’s across the street; great chanko nabe (sumo hot pot) restaurant next to McDonald’s Cons = no on-site laundry facilities; furniture and carpet are old and a bit dusty; toilets need more sanitizing even though the bathrooms were cleaned twice during our stay"
