"Pool and hot tub were very clean, with plenty of towels. We got a free upgrade to a room with better mobility for my friend who needs it and were offered an extended check out as well, since we would need extra time. Honestly, can’t wait to come back!"

"We booked this hotel because it had a pool. We were meeting friends and this was the mid way point and we both have children that wanted to use the pool. When we arrived we saw the sign that said the pool was closed. We inquired and were told someone had thrown up in the pool and that it wouldn’t be available that evening but the next morning at 9am we would be able to use it. Our kids were very disappointed as this is what they had been looking forward to the most. The toilet in our room was clogged when we got there. We called down and someone brought us a plunger. The following morning we went down with the kids at 9am to use the pool and were told it was still not available. Disappointed that this was our first experience with this hotel chain. We don’t stay at a lot of hotels with our children so this was something they were really looking forward to."

"Booked for three nights and paid in advance. Power went out on second evening. Hotel couldn’t say for how long. So had to go to another hotel but Sheraton did not give me my money back for those two nights. Said they would call but never did. Last time for a Sheraton."
