Doors constantly slamming and very noisy. The area around the hotel is replete with very sketchy individuals which makes it unsafe. The QR code to scan out of the parking garage sometimes didn’t work. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff very helpful.

Property is great, but Downtown Hamilton isn't awesome. A great pocket of shops and restaurants over on King William, but lots of homeless folks with mental health issues
