"Excellent hotel with great amenities and staff. Jazz at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and accommodated us on a couple of our requests. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. Pillows could be better :) Breakfast was a full warm one with many options. We would definitely stay here again."

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."

"Location was very convenient . Parking was available and safe . A few issues - the elevator was out of commission, the lights in the room needed a breaker to be reset which occurred a few hours after I brought it to their attention . Breakfast was good . I would recommend not using the DOVE shampoo/conditioner bottles as 1. it is a waste of plastic . 2 It was almost impossible to get the shape and conditioner out of the bottles requiring wasting water in the shower while I tried to squeeze out the contents . A larger system on the walls of each shower with shampoo , conditioner and body wash would lead to less waste of product, plastic and water. Temperature control, hair dryer, fridge and microwave worked well."

"Well appointed and very clean room! Situated very conveniently just off the highway and adjacent to a main thoroughfare, it was easily accessible from different directions. The Sandman is a well kept property, nicely decorated and conveniently, has both a Denny’s and Chop restaurant right outside the doors. Definitely would stay at the property again in the future!"
