I stayed in room 158, on the 20 July 2025 they did not clean our room the cleaners came in just empty the garbage and did do our bed and I went to the reception and complained to the front desk and the manager came along with me he looked at bed and offered us to do the room but my wife was so upset she didn’t want to get it done because she said when left the room and we put the sign up front saying room can be cleaned why they didn’t do it, I do have the picture of the bed I can send it you if you like.

Staff were super nice and left us alone as we asked them to. We had the Loft room. Really nice! Only issue would be no executive parking. I brought a Jaguar that is 1/1500 and was treated with the same respect as if I drove a Honda civic. In the parking lot my car did end up with a dent on the truck and 2 scratches. Not impressed as I parked very close to the entrance. The repair will likely cost more then the room but that is my problem for bringing a rare car to a signature hotel that has no measures for parking other then “first come first serve”

Great for week long stays

Room cleaning options for long stays were explained at check-in. Daily choices allowed for efficiencies for both occupant and staff. Cleaning quality was high and very dependable. Air conditioning system reacts immediately to adjustments. Only suggestion is to refresh the furnishings and especially the carpet as room seems very dark.

Rude front desk, no room, they overbooked

They overbooked and the room was not existing and i was left sleeping in my vheicle as there was no room available in the whole city. The lady at the fron desk was extremely rude and said was not hotels fault for overbooking. She treated me like she is superior to me and i am just a miserable not even human being. People like that should learn some manners and rispect others.

The room was nice. Disappointed that the pool wasnt working and it wasn't mentioned on Expedia or on the hotel website. Also in the morning they where cleaning the floor and there was no signage. I slipped and hurt myself not really happy.
