Hotel is wonderful and great location. The lighting in the batbroom needs a serious upgrade. Two small lights on the mirror is not enough and one was out during our stay.

Room was clean & staff was friendly… but the cleaner did decide to just open my door and walk in without warning, as I was getting out of the shower. This was well before checkout time and it was pretty surprising that they’d just walk into a room someone had pad for that morning.

I always enjoy my stays at the Metterra. The big things that draw me back are the location and included breakfast. The hotel is a bit dated and the beds and bathrooms are showing their wear. But for the location and price it’s a great hotel. I really like the gym too.

Great staff that provide wonderful services including valet parking, complimentary breakfast and a clean well maintained hotel. The little things can mean the most, from the provided water bottles and ear plugs in the room to the thank you cookies left in our car by the valet on check out! The location is also a plus with great restaurants and shopping all in walking distance.
