My rating is poor because I booked a king bed but upon check in I was told that there was none left. I was given two options , get a king bed suite but have to pay more or get two queen beds and not pay anything extra. Hotel blames it on Expedia and Expedia blames it on the hotel and I was given nothing for the inconvenience.

Very loud air conditioner

The air conditioner in our room was sooo loud. Everytime it kicked in it would wake us up. We were exhausted by the time we got back to our room so mentioned this to the front desk in the morning. We received a “sorry about that.” Customer service has really changed over the years. A 10.00 gift card to get a coffee or even 10.00 off your stay when you paid 190.00 for the night goes a long way to have returning customers. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Excellent stay. Good breakfast. The only negative is the impossible double blinds. I hurt my hand trying to open and close. Would much rather curtains. Other than that. Excellent. Will be back
