We stayed in a queen room, the room was very small and outdated. We stayed 2 nights out of 3 as we could not handle sleeping on the mattress for another night it was so old and uncomfortable. There was a lot of sketchy people who stay here and did not feel comfortable enough to stay 1 more night. The front desk agent was great but overall experience we will not stay again in the future.

It’s an older hotel showing wear and tear everywhere you look. Dingy hallways and lobby. Friendly enough front desk but swore multiple times when the computer wasn’t working, not very professional. Not what we’ve known and expected of a Travel Lodge.

This hotel was older but the room seemed clean. The blow dryer didn’t work, burn marks on the counter all around the sink. The elevator smelled….like pee?! Homeless people outside below our window that were yelling and fighting till after midnight and throwing things at the outside wall of the hotel. Did not feel safe here. Sorry…I won’t be back. 😬

It wasn't the nicest, definetly far from 5 star. But for a quick overnight stay it did the trick. The area around is kinda sketchy. The staff, however, we're super! Had the noisiest of noisy people staying beside us. Like, kids screaming, babies crying, adults partying type loud. After a couple hours of this, went down to talk to the front desk. They had no problems with switching our room right then to a quieter section, made sure we were totally comfortable. And I'm pretty sure they called the room to tell them to be quiet as well. Not everyone knows how to behave respectfully, but at the staff were quick to accomodate

Burn this place to the ground
I chose this property because of its location and price and it was a horrible experience, I would think being a place to rest your head one would expect a certain level of peace, quiet and cleanliness. This property is run down the whole building smelled musty and the elevator smell of urine. The building must have been made with paper, you can hear everything. All morning I don’t know if people were coming or going but you heard every door that was closed rather sounded like they were slammed. At 5 am and not able to sleep we had had enough, my wife went to the front desk to talk to who was there and reported back that “they’ll look into it, I was on hotels.com with an agent to see what they can do? Because they’re a third party they couldn’t help much. We went to check out and because we didn’t get what we payed for I want a full refund but the guy at the front desk (the only person there, there was no manage) was a broken record saying “I can give you 50% off” I’m tired and getting mad at this guy with no one else to talk to I decided to call corporate and they can deal with this place. Sorry no photos.

I have stayed at this property before. This was the first time in a pet-friendly room. The first thing my puppy did was start crawling under the beds repeatedly chewing on and pulling out garbage. Other hotels offer pet bowls at a minimum for convenience. This one did not. My husband was the designated dog walker, as I did not feel safe to do it on my own. The only grassy area was covered in dog poo.

Roughest Travelodge I’ve been to.
Very rough looking hotel on the inside. Room was very dated. Lots of sketchy guests staying there. Old men not wearing shirts in lobby.

I have to say that it was often times unsafe and very noisy almost all hours with police arriving regularly. The worst part about it was dealing with some of the staff, especially the older phillopino lady who doesn’t provide any customer service and is demeaning, high on her throne attitude to almost everyone she has to help out. She could learn a lot from the younger lady who does an excellent job and is very professional and pleasant every time you need her.
