The property has declined significantly over the last 6 months, the hallways and elevator were not kept very clean. Room was ok, the bed was clean at least. Woke up to what sounded like the staff having a party while they were cleaning next door. We used to stay at this hotel every time we visited Edmonton. This was our last time staying there.

There was reminense of drug paraphernalia in the stairwell. Some one pulled tge fire alarm in the middle of the night and the staff never came out to make an announcement it was safe to re-enter. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom very cramped. There was a restaurant on property for breakfast not a complimentary breakfast which wasnt explained well in the booking. Staff had poor customer service, and spoke to eachother in their language. Only one elevator in service. Cigarette smoke could be smelled in the hallway.
