"Overall the hotel was very clean and staff were welcoming and helpful! The breakfast buffet had a great range of options and the rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding! The only thing that we missed was a waterslide but this hotel is a top choixe, even without it!"

"The hotel comfortable but the noise level is crazy loud and the girls start cleaning above you early doesn't allow you to sleep in at all. Doors in all directions slammed every time all hours of the night. So comfortable but way to hard to actually sleep and jet tubs lack any power :( "

"Internet was slow, the bed felt like it was broken and uncomfortable. I was only booked in for 2 nights and while my kids and I went out shopping the maid went in and moved all of my belongings around (touching all my stuff). When I asked if this was normal practice at checkout I was informed that the cleaning staff is supposedly instructed to only remove garbage. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and the floor under the tub felt squishy. I will never stay at this hotel again. They also made me pay a $300 deposit due to the fact that I was using a Visa Debit (whereas an actual credit card is only $100 deposit)."
