Afternoon staff was outgoing, friendly and very personable. She should be working at a high end place. She gets 5 star. People were swimming with all of there kids with all of their clothes on? Kids allowed in breakfast area with bare feet. Blankets scratchy.

My stay was a total disapointmnet. The reception person was not very friendly and when she assigned a room by the elevators (which I had requested not to be near) along with next to the ice and drink machine. When I indicated that the room was not acceptable, she made me wait until she served others. I did no receive the type of room I had requested. Also when I came to the lobby and tried using the snack machine I was experiencing some problem. When I asked if she could assist me, her immediate response was it was probably broken in a very curt voice. When I was checking out, I was asked to wait until the staff shcecked my room to see if there was any damages .... I have never stayed in a hotel that indicated that had to do this. I was older woman bymyself and would not appear to be someone who would do damage. It is a shame that Wyndham's name is used by this hotel as they do not come close to the expected type of hotel under their brand name.

Dirty room. Some appliances have not been cleaned in a long time as evidenced by thick layers of dust. Bathroom sink not functioning well. Plunger came right out of sink and water was leaking under the sink. Appeared that there was an attempt to fix pipe, but looked like bubble gum or sticky tac. Zero sound proofing. Carpet uneven as it is lifting. This was an accessible room, but was dangerous to use my wheelchair and walking boot. Parking lot had very limited handicapped stalls and the ones they did have were slick with ice and uneven. Will not be returning to this hotel again.
