The room was dated and definitely smelled like pets. The bathroom door hinge screws were loose, so it wouldn't close without lifting the whole door. The hallway by the lobby (next to the bathrooms) also smelled like pee, which wasn't great. There was definitely a homeless guy sleeping in the lobby chairs, at one point, too.

Quite difficult to understand the front desk staff due to them not having English as their first language. Elevator was extremely slow. Done stay with breakfast for the price and location. A solid 3 stars.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. The area was sketchy. The staff was not overly friendly (especially the housekeeping staff in the hallways). The bathroom sink was in the room instead of in with the toilet and tub. Which isn't great with kids. The room was very squishy. The pool room was grimey and definitely photographed to look much mich larger than it is. The hot tub was cooler than a bathtub. The only "good" was the breakfast which was a bit higher than ok. Will not be back.

The room was great—it had everything I needed including an iron. The staff were all wonderful—friendly and efficient. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing with no allergy alerts but the coffee was very good.
