Unfortunately, this was my first and last stay. Pros: Employees were lovely and very helpful during check-in. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Ample parking. Cons: The hot tub was luke warm at best, and an employee entered the pool area and took all of the beach towels away when guests were still swimming. Thank goodness someone had left 2 of their unused room towels behind or it would have been a wet and chilly walk back to the room. While large, the parking lot had not been cleared of snow in what seemed like quite a while and this made walking and navigating with baggage difficult.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we loved the extra room in the Business Suite. The blackout curtains were a little too effective and we missed breakfast, however!
