"Great location near Ueno station and Ueno park! So easy to get to from Narita airport via Keisei Skyliner. Lots of shopping and restaurant options close by. Ueno Park was very lovely and a great place to decompress from the bussle of the city. The hotel was very clean. Of course the rooms are compact -- like a cruise ship cabin -- but had everything we needed. The room and fabric deodorizer was a welcome addition! The room is exactly as the picture displayed. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. We stayed in a room containing a queen bed and bunk bed. It was tight but the teens felt like they had their own space in their bunks. The spa was well-stocked with towels and beauty products. Such a great way to relax at the end of a long day walking. We will stay here again!"

"The hotel was built in 2020, so everything feels new and clean. Staff were really friendly, and the lobby had a cool urban vibe with high ceilings and lots of comfy seating. It’s just a quick 2–5 minute walk to Shiomi Station (depending on your pace). My room was spacious and clean, and I’d happily stay here again. They offer complimentary toothpaste, hairbands, bath towels, and skincare packets in the lobby—super handy if you run out on your last day and don’t want to purchase extra. There's also a Family Mart tucked in the corner with direct access from inside the hotel. "

"Honestly this hotel is kind of underrated. This hotel needs more attention because this hotel is awesome! Me, my brother , and my mom were in the bus, but when we got to the other hotel everyone but us has gone to the other hotel. We also like the buffet breakfast including all food provided. we only believe that bottle water should be provided complimentary to guests. We also find convenient the shuttle service to and from the airport."
