"The hotel was very very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The free breakfast was also probably one of the better free breakfasts I’ve seen. That being said - it is a minimalist hotel. So in the room, you don’t really have any comforts. No closet very small desk and no coffee maker. Beds were OK not extremely comfortable but not extremely uncomfortable. Basically no frills but very clean."

"The exterior was nice and deceiving, the lobby was nice but unclean. I checked in at 3pm and when I checked out at 10am the lobby or the stairs and the walkways were never vacuumed. The pool was not in service for which is why I even rented the room. Was told that the pool had been down for a long time. The room was dated , bad stains thru out the carpet. The pull out couch cushion was so stained we wouldn't even use it . There was so much stuff under it that it looked like no one has either in forever. This place is independently owned and it definitely shows that the owner don't seem to care about their property. And definitely shows that corporate don't do a very good job at inspecting there properties that use their name. The breakfast was great."
