The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I liked how clean and updated the hotel was. Nice new bathroom, comfortable mattress. The only thing I noticed is the absence of a coffee maker in the room or in common area like the lobby. But once you go down for breakfast buffet- it’s a feast with great coffee and variety of breakfast options. The area where the hotel is located is great as well, right by the Riverside park which is also a beautiful place to visit, walk or run there.

Room wasn’t ready by 3. Got to hotel at 230 asked if could check in was told room will not be ready till 3 and cannot change me to a different room. Waited in car till 3 went back in still wasn’t ready was told didn’t know when would be ready. I reserved a king now I’m told I can be changed to a double queen. So now my room can be changed? And room service never cleaned room or fresh towels. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very clean and well decorated lobby. They also had surprise wine and beer evening with soup and salad. This was very nice. Room well set up and very comfortable. Nicely done breakfast and coffee area, plenty of room to accommodate lots of guest without feeling crowded. Only complaint is the $12 parking fee, that should be part of the hotel nightly cost. Overall would recommend and I would stay there again.

From the minute we walked in every thing was great. From the people that checked us in, the room was nice and clean. There was a manager’s social in the evening with drinks and snacks and then the breakfast. When we were leaving I told my wife that this is the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in, in years. There’s a little game area, bar and convenient to everywhere we had to go. We said we’ll be planning more trips to Columbia and be staying here. Thank you for a great experience

The extra in door space in the lobby and outback was really nice. The heaters outside were excellent to sit during the evening w lots of space and was gated. Beds were not comfortable and getting hot water during a shower was limited. Wings at their bar were excellent and had lots of menu options. Nice bar area as well. My husband walked across the street to Publix’s and multiple homeless approached him.
